Shipping policy

LV BOX delivers packages using Omniva. Shipping prices are based on destination - 2 EUR for orders in Latvia, 4 EUR for orders in the Baltics, 7 EUR for orders within the European Union, and 10 EUR for orders to other countries.
Any additional charges (such as VAT) required for collecting the shipment are to be settled by the Customer.
Shipment cost is disclosed to the Customer during check out.

Ordered boxes are shipped within 3 working days. Delivery time depends on the receiving country.

Return policy

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the Goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Customer is a legal entity.

To use the 14-day right of withdrawal, the goods may only be used for their intended purposes; the Customer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period. If the goods are used inappropriately or damaged, handled carelessly during use, or if the instructions have not been followed, if the original packaging is lost, or if the packaging is significantly damaged, the Seller has the right to reduce the refundable amount in accordance with the reduction in the value of the goods.

The Seller will then arrange the return of the goods.

After receiving the returned goods, the Seller will immediately, but no later than within 14 days, refund all payments received from the Customer.

The Seller has the right to withhold the refund until the Goods or proof of their return has been received from the Customer. If the Customer has chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest delivery method offered by the Seller, the Seller is not obliged to reimburse the excess delivery costs.

The Seller is not responsible for delays in fulfilling obligations, for non-performance, or other failure caused by circumstances and obstacles beyond the reasonable control of the Seller.
